Modelling industry is a very big industry in which there are always new emerging areas. It is therefore very important to know some safety tips while pursuing your modelling carrier. That is the main reason why Modelling Gateaway has made a list of safety tips that will help you stay as safe as possible.

• Avoid modelling companies that has no real address or one that uses only PO Box address.
• If you are under 18 years old, try to always have an adult to accompany you.
• If the offer sounds too good, then it is probably a fake offer!
• Always remember that no one could guarantee work and or easy route for you.
• Never allow an agency to push you into doing anything that you are not comfortable with!
• Ask for references from other model that have worked with the company and make sure to check with them before agreeing to any contract.
• Arrange a meeting in a public place with the client.
• Make sure your client knows about any type of limitations before scheduling work.
• If the client offering work claims to be working for a named company, you are to check with the company before agreeing to any sort of agreement as there are the possibilities of imposters.
• Lastly, never give out your full name and telephone number and address before you have checked them out!
